Dear Fair Supporter,

We are excited to celebrate the 48th Annual Lewis County Fair with many events and activities. The fair was established in 1975, by citizens concerned with the availability of opportunities for agricultural education in the area. Each year we strive to provide fun, educational activities related to agriculture and entertainment for all ages during the fair and throughout the year. We rely on your support and sponsorships to make this possible.
 

We have had great success with advertising in previous years and will continue to provide information through newspaper inserts, banners, our website, and radio/TV exposure. Informational pamphlets will also be available to area businesses during and prior to the fair to promote events and our sponsors. The advertising levels are designed to give you and your business the best “bang for your buck.” As a sponsor, you have the opportunity to allocate your contribution to a specific event or to the general fair fund for overall operating expenditures. Your sponsorship will be utilized to enhance the experience of all fairgoers through events, prizes, trophies, ribbons, and insurance for the Lewis County Fair. The Lewis County 4-H Council may be soliciting funds to support the 4-H portion of the fair and 4-H program year.
Included with this letter you will find an advertising form explaining the sponsorship levels available. If one of these levels does not fit your advertising needs, please consider a donation to the 2024 Lewis County Fair. We are a 501(c)3 organization and as such all donations are tax-deductible. Our 501(c)3 tax identification number is 43-1137989.
 

If you were a 2023 Lewis County Fair sponsor and would like more information regarding your sponsorship gift please contact Jill Putnam at 660-341-8509. If you are a new sponsor, we ask that you send your company logo for advertisements to lewiscountymofair@gmail.com Any other questions regarding sponsorship may also be directed to Jill Putnam.
 

Please complete the enclosed 2024 Lewis County Fair advertising form and return it to the board treasurer, Lewis Co Fair, PO Box 112 Lewistown, MO 63452, by April 1st. A fair board member will contact you around April 15th to discuss advertising options if we haven’t received your completed form. All advertising levels must be paid in full by May 15th to allow adequate time for printing.
